Scope of Application
Suitable for various equipment requiring automatic ignition, including: gas stoves/water heaters/dryers/ovens/furnaces/incubators/heating systems/non-electric air conditioners/baking ovens/household and commercial boilers/infrared radiation sources and other gas appliances, as well as charcoal grills and heaters.
Structural Features
Power Leads: Can be designed according to customer installation and wiring requirements, either as a single-lead connection (with metal grounded casing) or double-lead type (casing usually made of aluminum oxide insulating ceramic).
Base: Ceramic mounting base for low-power igniters can use 95% alumina ceramic components. For high-power igniters, usually choose better thermal shock resistant Dongqing stone ceramic components.
Leads/Wires: Made of high-temperature resistant wires. Commonly use 200°C high-temperature wire (FEP), 250°C high-temperature wire (PFA), 450°C high-temperature wire (mica glass fiber). Other specifications can also be customized based on user requirements.
Mounting Flange: Generally made of stainless steel or other carbon steel materials.
